I love to work out later mornings. It gives me time to eat my breakfast and get warmed up to the day! I love to instruct early weekend sessions; you guys are dedicated die-hards and happy to be WERKING!
What do you love about SPENGA?
The community! Everybody encourages one another and we have fun while pushing through some hard WERKOUTS!

Favorite spot in Tucson?
Catalina State Park, although I don't get there often enough. Beautiful hiking trails and picnic spots!
Who/What inspires you?
My husband inspires! One of the many reasons I married him. He has the ability to push through very difficult situations while maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude. I admire his spontaneity and that he encourages me to do whatever I want as long as it makes me happy.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Heath Blizzard!!
Hobbies?
I love running, sewing, traveling, and spending time with my kids!
