Love my mornings, but I make sure I get in whenever I can. I love Totally Turbulence!
What do you love about SPENGA?
That I get everything I need in 1 hour: Cardio, strength and stretching. The people are all so amazing. The environment is great to work and WERKout in.
What impact has SPENGA had on you?
I feel better overall. My clothes for better and just being in the environment has allowed me to thrive professionally and socially.
What are you reading? Binge Watching Now?
I am reading The Time Machine again and watching The Good Witch. I think I have binged everything else at this point.
Favorite spot in Tucson?
Back patio at home or anywhere in the sun.
Who/What inspires you?
My family. Always on the go and looking forward. They help keep me focused and organized and give me so much love and support.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Pizza!
Hobbies? Things you do outside of SPENGA?
Read, color with my daughter and play catch with my son.
