Favorite time to take or instruct a session?
My favorite times to teach and take sessions are mid-morning, although I am super energized anytime I am in the studio! My favorite format to teach is probably Ignite and my favorite to take is Boxing
What do you love about SPENGA?
I love that SPENGA is a family. Whether you are a member or an employee, we celebrate each other for our successes and support each other when we need it. The culture at SPENGA is not one that can be found just anywhere; it's really special.

I have been so much more confident in myself both personally and professionally.

I've been re-watching NCIS and Supernatural.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I absolutely do not feel guilty about it, but I love vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. And cheese in every form!
